Neuson BS60Y Wacker Jumping Jack Bellows Boot Replacement Bing 33 Carburetor Rebuild [Trench Rammer]

In this video we work on a old Neuson BS60Y Wacker which has not ran in over 10 years. This BS60Y Wacker, aka jumping jack, trench Wacker or rammer has been left so long the Bellows boot has rooted and in need of replacement.
We carry out a bellows boot replacement, rebuild the BING 33 carburettor (ultrasonic cleaner bath and new gasket / diaphragm replacement) cleaning out the fuel / gas tank, replace fuel line and inline filter and several other fixes.

I know this video is a year old at the time of this comment but I had one of these bellows explode on me today while function testing after a carb rebuild. It sent oil drops out in a 6’ radius and covered me.
