The fact that making money (real profit) does not matter in much of big business in 2021 is tied to our inability to get our healthcare costs under control. I see a parallel to the federal government where costs don't matter at all, just the money spent.
But that’s a dumb CEO. A great company must treat their employees well and take care of their healthcare needs will attract and retained the best talents to really grow the business. Am I wrong?

Great question. A little different since they view their own employees using their own hospital for healthcare services as a revenue generator.
