@Anna-Bernadette I can't remember which case as there are so many (could be against the Home Office) that Harry's lawyers got his court fees fixed at a small % because it was deemed his resources were much lower than the person he was bringing the judgement against which makes me think it was the Home Office - I'm wondering if the same is happening here too, which might explain him continuing if his court fees have been fixed - I'm also wondering if that means the tax payer is funding part of the costs?
