After a good few tries, the text that flickers on in the end is this:
*GET EVERYONE IN THE RESPONSE PROGRAM READY.*
    *PREPARE TO INFORM THE PUBLIC.*

a good tip, the < and > keys can be used to go ahead or back one frame in the video. it makes it real easy to pick up on these things when you can analyze it frame by frame 😄

Calling it now - Chloe Marshall was the girl attacked in 'Mythical Creatures'.
At the beginning of the video, the incident report - dated 3rd October, 1989 - informs us of an incident that happened in Allakaket, one of the casualties listed is Chloe Marshall, who is reported as missing; her status unknown.
Later, the video tells of an increase in biological entities, which is presumably why the 'Midnight Safety Guide' series was created in the first place - to inform the public of the potential dangers of encountering them.
In between the last two points, there is a virtual map of the Exclusion Zone, and Allakaket is one of the key areas noted. During the timelapse of what I can assume is reports of happenings (maybe Fissures), before the video cuts off, there is a red dot near Allakaket - OUTSIDE the Exclusion Zone.
Finally, the spoken voice in 'Mythical Creatures' was that of a young girl.
I theorize that whilst Chloe's disappearance wasn't the first time that it happened in regards to the timeline of 'Arcadia' (the existence of the Midnight Safety Guide is proof of this), it was the first to be reported on.
This theory is further supported by the video 'Welcome to Paradise', where a grainy news ticker reports on tunnels found near the Alaskan Wall - whether they were created by survivors or anomalous entities remains unclear at the time of writing.
In conclusion - the curiosity sprouted from parallel universes from Adam Laboratories has doomed mankind!

On edge the whole time! Very well done! 🎉
Just in my mind, maybe the crying cave is connected, like maybe whoever woke up in the cave by entered a unstable fissure on accident? Then fell down a stable fissure which just happens to be hundreds of feet in the sky. 😮
    Again, fantastic job 🎉🎉❤

How do you do the animations? Like the one in the video about mythical creatures

For Mythical Creatures I used Blender for 3D animation. I was pretty new to Blender when making the animations and learned most things from TH-cam.
