I gave sat because it opens multiple opportunities for you. Sat is not for a specific profession. It is accepted by a lot of universities local and foreign, mainly US, so I thought to give it like a back up option.
That is a good question I would suggest to go for the option that is supported by your environment, It really depends on your teacher and their plan/strategy towards A levels. I plan to make a video on the topic as well.

There is no profession In it. SAT is not mandatory but if you do it universities in abroad and here In pakistan do admire it. Go for SAT I would recommend. Iam also thinking to give my First SAT In December.
I have the exact 4 subjects and currently I am In A2. Not hard with the right mentality, u just gotta study daily and be more task oriented rather than time oriented

As guide plz tell that can we manage 4 subject in A level mean both bio chem physics and maths
Yara it is possible but I am not the best guy to ask as I myself had only 3 subs.
