Audio is crap. My stacked container house has down stairs garage area 29x,40 and had to have support beam mid way with support posts 8 foot apart. Sagging was an issue that 2x12 doubled sandwitched could not support at 16 foot span. Posts had to be added to 8 foot and directly under the framing structure.
Shipping containers are no longer a cost saving way to build. They might have been when the cost was low...don't forget all the product on the inside needed for human comfort.
You make a valid point about the cost of shipping containers and the importance of considering the necessary products for human comfort. It's always important to weigh the pros and cons before choosing a building method.
Glad you liked my build.
How is it that no one has mentioned the audio doesnt match the video at all, they are discussing completely different project than teh video covers

You're exactly right. I can stick frame faster and cheaper. If you are using a single container for storage it makes sense.
Also depends on available resources, enviroment and weather and soil...
Weather your able to get it at close to cost too.

And steel I beams with I beam vertical supports. And ground rods on all 4 corners. Simple.
