The difference between the 4th and 3rd dimension is that you can move freely back and forth between different periods of time in the 4th but in the 3rd you’re restricted to only being able to move forward in time at the same “speed”. Been loving your reactions bro keep up good content

Its how we exist in 3 spatial dimensions, we can "observe" all the space, be it meter above me, a meter behind me etc.
The testicle guy can observe all 4 dimensions at the same time. So he can see the past and the future at the same time much like we can see left and right.
The 4th dimension is the notion that just as tall, wide and depth are the first 3 dimensions, next is time. A 4th dimensional being could in theory, move across time the same way we move across the floor.

The forth dimension is time, so the concept here is that he can see all of time at the same time, so he can therefore see the split timelines that Rick made. Its kinda wild to think about, but if humans were forth dimensional, you could look at someone and see every moment of their life instantly

Hey Don so the Cats in the background are called schrödinger's cats which is the name of a famous theory that tries to explain the "Many World's Theory". The theory basically states that in a box there is a cat and the cat has an equal chance to be both alive or dead and the reality of whether it's a live or dead is only revealed until you look in the box. However, until you look in the box the cat is both alive and dead. In one universe the cat is dead but in another it's alive.

A good way to conceptualise it is to think about an ant on a sheet of paper, it can only work in 2 dimensions. The ant has no way of moving up just along and across. In a similar way we can't really move freely in time just in the 3 other dimensions.

Although Jerry still isn't that great at acknowledging Beth as a surgeon, he's come a long way from season 1. In S1E1 he was intentionally belittling her skills to make them seem less important than someone performing surgery on humans, but here he genuinely just doesn't know how compatible a horse surgeon would be on a deer.
Also I love how indigenous chanting plays during the surgery montage, and then a Native American wearing jeans just shows up to nod once the deer is healed.

the 4th dimension is Time. we exist in the 3rd dimension. beings in the 3rd dimension can percieve 3-D objects (Length , Width, Height) but in the 4th dimension we could experience the 4th dimension which is TIME. you could See time, control time, bend time, manipulate time. The third dimension is all around us but the 4th dimension exists entirely beyond that and is impossible to access.
Ok so we are in the third dimension. We can see things in 3D, and 2D.
2D, would be something flat with no depth. 2D cant percieve 3D. But it can percieve 1D, which is just like, a dot.
4D, sees 3D, like we see 2D. Someone in the 4th dimension could see all of history, all the parallel worlds all at once.
The 3rd dimension consists of length, height, and width... those are dimensions. The 4th dimension is theorised to be time, but no is 100% certain. That's why I recommend you look at videos explaining higher dimensions and the philosophy of eternalism.

Rick praying is not much out of the ordinary. Many atheists tend to pray to God for mercy when they are or think they are at the verge of death. I think it's just human nature to have at least some form of spiritual belief and that there's more to reality than what science can tell us.

As an Atheist, I can confirm that this is true
Perhaps not so much a belief as a willingness to at least try throwing out a net into the void when there is no other options. It may be praying to a god, or it may be flapping once arms as one is falling. Sure its not going to actually help, its all nonsense. But if you are falling to your death, we humans have instincts that scream at us to try something, anything to survive.
Now there being atheists with spiritual belief that is true. An atheist could buy into practically anything as long as it do not involve any creature with the label god. You could even have a being that is pretty much a god, but one could call it a spirit dragon and it would be possible for an atheist to believe in it. Would it be kinda silly, sure. But its possible.
Personally I wish there was more to reality. If possible I would like it if there was personal hub worlds, where people go back to after they die. Where you live as a godlike being and can do pretty much whatever. Including creating worlds to send avatars to. Potentially without once memories or whatever. However I do not see anything supernatural or magical to actually be real.

The first dimension is a point. The second dimension is a drawing on a piece of paper. The third dimension is you now. The 4th is called Time but that's only in the third. In the 4th it's different. If you passed a ball through a hole in a piece of paper, to the flat beings they would see a line or a circle that would start small, get bigger, and shrink again as you push it through If a 4th dimensional being pushed a 4 dimensional spheroid through the third dimenion you would see a 3d sphere appear in front of you, grow larger and shrink again. I think. Dimensions above the third are hard for the human brain to fully comprehend without using numbers. Even harder to try and explain without a post-doc too.
Also at all times you exist in 4 dimensions. Think of this. You call your friend and choose a place to meet up, say the corner of two streets. That's 2 dimensional co-ordinates. If you then give a floor of a building you've given a third dimension in going above the streets. But for you and your friend to meet successfully you also have to give a Time. Such a thing is why Time is the 4th dimension to a 3 dimensional being.

That is just not true. I know moving my arms would not let me fly. However if I was to fall from a plane, I may still do so. We are still humans. And humans will try practically anything to stay alive. If all useful possibility are used up. Well we try rational once.
Naturally its perhaps a higher chance an atheist would try some other random nonsense instead.
I can see myself try all sorts of things if I had time. Praying to whatever, flapping my "wings", try to superman fly. Try to use my clothes as a parachute.
I think the Native American was meant to symbolize the spirit of nature, commending Beth for her compassion.
