In this new video series, I am taking the FTMO $200,000 Challenge, where I will grow a demo account 10% in 1 month in order to receive a funded account of $200,000. I will show all of my trades live, scalping the S&P500 each week until the challenge is complete.

I do CFD with my forex fund. Their evaluation goal is easier (I wouldn't say easy tho) First phase is to make 8% in 30days, and 5% on phase 2 in 60days. Over all drawdown is 12% and 5% daily risk. They also have very competitive price for different account sizes. They may give you free retry if you are green when the time runs out. @@osakann the funded trader program also has the same evaluation as MFF, but I found that FTMO has the best spreads and no commissions and they also have free repeats and extensions. But I do plan on taking the TFT and MFF challenges after this series is over

Pretty entertaining lmao although I wouldn’t recommend trading this way for most people. Seemed like there’s was lots of spiked emotions and not letting trades play out which can be bad long term. Good watch tho

I’ve been trading crypto the last five years and am now just getting back into traditional markets. Back at the beginning of my trading I was similar to you and traded the ES E-Mini S&P500. But now after reevaluating everything on offer, the NDX and Russell 2000 are appearing to be much better to day trade than the S&P due to still having deep liquidity, but quite a bit more volatility.
Why is it you choose to only trade the S&P?

I’ve tried a couple and FTMO seemed to be the best to me. Lowest spreads, no commissions, free repeats if in profit. But I do plan on taking some other prop firm challenges after this series is over.

Glad to see you're back. How come you're looking to get a funded account when you've already proved yourself in the 10k-25k? Even with only that much you can still make 500-1k a day trading sp500 futures
imo it’s much faster and safer to make $10K with a $200k funded account than to try and double a $10k account. Also, you can copy your trades to your main account at the same time.
Are you taking S&P500 on the daily or 4H? For main Trend direction ?

Youll never get the challenge with such a strategy, try combining your trendline trading with smartmoney(liquidity grabs, price traps, fake out)

for 8:03, may i know what is the confirmation you got to enter your trades? you mentioned that you missed the trade as the wick didnt touch the EMA line earlier but when you entered this trade the line didn't touch the ema line as well and you still got in
In that case I knew it wasn’t going to pull back all the way to the ema, so I was just looking for the pullback to retest the top of the consolidation it had just broken out of. It was a mixture of that and just following my instincts.
Are you trying to avoid trading after 9AM because of high volatility from 9.30 AM?
No, I live in California so 6:30 is when the market opens for me. I stop when volatility goes down.
I like these channels where people show their trades live instead of some historical do this and then that bullshit like that peanut from The Moving Average. Subscribed as I want to see you hit that funded account. So you use the 4 hour for directional bias, then 5 minute to scale it in and then the 1 minute for entry?
I don’t really have a formula, but that’s the general idea, yes. Higher timeframes give me a sense of direction and the lower timeframes give me a precise entry.
