His crosses come really really nasty in to the box and small box area. I mean, it's a nightmare for defenders and the keeper. And De Bruyne is seemingly one of the better players to cross like that.

It's like watching Beckham (crossing/curve/ spot the movement in the box before it is happening), Pirlo (deep play making/lazy passes), Kaka (gliding past opponents with a quite tall slender body) and Lampard (scoring abilities).
