I really like the idea of changing projects to making them work. Doing pan those eyeshadows with only randomized shades got a bit too hard for me, so hand selecting shades gives me so much more confidence that I'll actually be able to hit pan in them and also enjoy the makeup looks I create 😊 You're doing great!

Whatever helps you reach your goals, do it!! I would be so overwhelmed with 5 eyeshadow projects lol and I agree with not removing a finished eyeshadow from your percentage. It would be so disappointing finishing a shadow and then your percentage going down!

i would leave the pan in your percentage until you get rid of the palette. its still a pan in your collection until the palette is no in your collection. great colour story

Finishing an eyeshadow is just achieving 100% pan on a shade. I wouldn't even take the finished ones out next year, just when you get rid of the physical pan/palette.
