Conservation efforts are essential to protect these remarkable animals and ensure they continue to thrive for future generations.

The enrichment in this park is beyond par! From the walrus firehouse toy for the polar bears to the ‘snuffle box’ and lick boards for these lucky tapirs, it’s an incredible inspiration for all keepers! Amazing staff work

Tapirs do eat a lot of fruit and tree branches! 🌿🍎 But they’re not related to anteaters and don’t eat ants; they're more closely related to horses and rhinos. 🐴🦏
