    Ya'llllll this one made me so sore 😅 I promise the exercises are harder than they look. As you can see, my strength is definitely lacking in this area, and flexibility is NOT the only thing you need to have high legs.

    Wow! I have been taking ballet classes for 10 years now (hobby)... and this IS HARD!! I loved it - and my muscles were shaking like crazy. Thank you for this :-)

    doing this everyday to prepare for my schools danceline tryouts and help with dance!!
    day seven (2 february 2024)
    woooo!!! one week straight!
    i did not dare to repeat this hah, i definitely felt exhausted after this. i don't think my technique was right because i was leaning a lot, especially when balancing on my right leg.

    Hello Miss Babel. Thanks a lot for these leg extension exercise tips. They are going to help me a lot with my karate kicking technique. I badly need hip strength to hold my kicking leg in the air and do multiple kicks without putting my foot down. My Regards and Blessings

    gosh i just noticed that the extension in my left leg is way better that in the right one. Gotta work it out!

    I can now basically do front splits, definitely not side splits, my next goal is this 6:07 and basically high kick. Its hard af

    Is there a modification for foot in hand stretch? I feel like my flexibility is so not good yet that this stretch makes my form SO bad. Is it ok to jiust keep base leg super bent as learning?
