Beautiful albizia trees carpet the islands of French Polynesia. They don't seem to be a problem there. Maybe they root deeper there .Dont know When I told the Tahitians I know about the eradication program in Hawaii they were shocked and could not understand why..Needless to say they think you Hawaiian's are crazy lol I gave up on Hawaii years ago and now spend my vacations in the islands of beautiful Tahiti.
