In the world of solar panels, first of all you have to learn the method that tells you how to confirm (measure) the actual wattage of an installed solar array then multiply the answer with time (in hours) and you will get the units (kwh) don't confuse kwh with kw (they are different from each other), also take note that after knowing the actual wattage of a solar panel (or a complete array of solar panels) you would be able to know that which brand is better (output in watts per square meter) and cheaper (price per watt) notice that you have to measure both size of solar panel as area i.e. in square meters and power in watts (not in horsepower)

All these reports (Pre inspection report & certificate of conformance) can be for B grade. B grade panels are those which fails factory tests. It could be few cells in the panels. These are available in China for sale at lower price. Pakistanis are always looking for cheaper materials & import it. All these cheaper materials will have all these documents. The only way is to check panels by measurements and compare the measured values against the specs of the panel.

@Ahsan Zafar always buy through experts pay them for consultancy fees...otherwise sub fraud chal raha hai solar mei..mei khud effective hu as fraud se...my personal experience was really bad...so I advised to buy them but with help of experts ppls.
