You said in the field "manufacturer" we type in our brand name but if ordering from alibaba we type in supplier name. Do we still type in the brand name in the field if the manufacturer from alibaba is customizing our product to be designed with our brand? or do we type in the name of the supplier in this case?

I was up until 2 am trying to list my first product, I’m order for me to get an exemption for a GTIN I had to register my brand, I own the LlC and the LlC owns the brand. When asked who owned the brand I answered me. Perhaps this was the problem since my application was rejected because of one of these reasons a) your account has been involved in abusive conduct on our store, b) you are related to an account that was used for such abusive conduct, c) you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification, or d) we have identified that the attorney/law firm that filed the trademark application cited in your Brand Registry application has been previously disciplined or reported by the USPTO for violating USPTO's rules and regulations.I appealed with all the trademark forms needed. What are your thoughts ?

We do not have the product images yet, but we would like to create the listing and get the FNSKU now to send the FNSKU to the supplier to integrate it on the product. The question is: Is it possible to edit the already created listing as soon as we have the images or does that change the FNSKU code? I tried this on a product. You're pretty much on your own with no support. It's a massive risk. If your product is not in demand then most likely it will fail unless situation changes. I started selling home gym equipment through covid as gyms were closed. Resistance bands were like top selling at the time. It taught me good experience but I pretty much lost everything.
The issue that I can see is that the even though it is a top selling product you launched a product in a very saturated market that had market leaders already. Did you try to differentiate your resistance bands from others? Why would consumers purchase your resistance bands compared to other resistance bands that have over 1000+ reviews unless you tried to differentiate yourself from the market.
I have serious doubts if anyone can confirm. Item package and dimensions is one piece that we are selling to the customer and not the package that will be shipped to the Amazon from our supplier is that correct ? In my previous item listing I actually added the whole package that will be sent to Amazon by the supplier i.e one whole box with my items in it( almost 50 pieces) total weight 16 kg. Please someone answer this. And does it makes any difference In Amazon fees if we make a new product or use Asin of an existing product. Please do help. Thank you.

It sounds like you need a physical product to get the UPC code from? Looks like dropshiping isn’t feasible on Amazon anymore? Or did I miss something?
