I'm going with cash, no bonds for me- when it comes to rental property, it's all about the cash flow. If you can rack up enough to pay that the lump sum, the money's yours, not the banks. My advice, If you're starting from little to nothing, go with credit. Once you get the cash, once-off purchase all the way. Great content as well, lads. We need more financial advice💪🔥
Cash for me gents. But how fast you climb the property investor ladder will depend on the price range of the properties that one is buying. Great video. Keep up the good work 👌
Cash is possible if you bought a stand. You will build according to your pace and income. The problem also is that the house you are building might be behind in terms of designs and materials. Many don’t have the asking price to buy property. Credit is always easier to get
I just had a terrible experience with buying a house for cash. Unfortunately, I was defrauded by the conveyancer and the seller . Now, I had to open cases of fraud and report the lawyer to LPC. To everyone , ensure that you include bank guarantee as security, the money be paid once the house is being registered in your name. Also include your own trusted conveyancer ,dont rely on a conveyancer appointed by the seller..Cash deals are risky and also scamming is an issue as well...
Thanks gents for this video. What about taking out a bond and then you buy the property and after few weeks your rich family member gives you the money to pay off the house?
You are absolutely right Sir. Some of us are coming from backgrounds were by i can't buy property cash. So I need to learn how big companies leverage then I take a risk. There is a winning formula out there🙏🏿🙏🏿
This year has been great from assisting people out side the country may we please set a zoom with you to discuss everything in greater detail calendly.com/property-13/free-zoom-consultation?back=1&month=2021-11
Hi guys , is it possible to buy a possible as cash and then use it as collateral to get a new bonded property? I ask this question for people with no credit but with cash
Hi Doro Great Question, the answer will be dependant on your credit score and affordability. Some people are able to pay an additional bond of e.g 4k but get rejected as a result of their score. If someone comes to us in that situation we link them up with a bond Originator so that they know the possibility of THEM moving from cash to bond ☺ ☺ ☺
Imagine buying a house on a bond, then the value of the houses drop due to informal settlement looming next to your property, it's now a loss. You might resell it at less price with no profit or less. Or nobody might be interested in buying
Hey fellas, great job guys. Hypothetically, how to I grow R100 000 into R1M with property? I understand it is a broad question, I do not mind if you refer me to your relevant videos or resource. I do not mind being patient
Good Day, we feel like this is a question that we need to address one on one, how about we schedule a zoom call and we can answer your question directly. If you do want us to go through the zoom call please send us an email at property@nongwealth.co.za. Looking forward to your email
Risk appetite varies from one person to the next. As long as your numbers can confirm that you in a good investment, and you can scale your property portfolio then you are good to go 💥

Due diligence is key when investing in property, it does not only apply when you purchase the property but also when you have purchased the property.
