I love how in these factories, all the workers work together. There's no yelling, laziness, or fighting. A lot different then here in the USA.

Factories I’ve been to people are friendly, joke, have fun, sing.
This video shows lifeless and almost robot like people, like they are afraid to express themselves or are isolated and working alone.
I’d take the Western style any day.

I'd love to know what they do with the scraps from the pastry, so much is trimmed off!
I know that I'm extremely late to this comment, but puff pastry scraps can be used for anything like cinnamon and sugar twists to mini kolaches to bases for certain cakes or tarts.
My grandmother was a baker and loved puff pastry. When she passed I was given her cook book with nearly a hundred unique recipes as I was the only one in the family that actually enjoyed baking with her.
There are tons of ways to reuse scraps. I'm sure a quick Google search alone could give you thousands of ideas.

I was Amazed at all the Processed ingredients and Labor that went into those Pancake Sandwiches. I worked as a Millwright for the largest Seafood Processor in Alaska. The Cannery side & Fish House (where the Salmon were butchered & Cleaned) ran 8 canning lines, employed several hundred people and produced about 1 million cans of cooked Salmon per day at the season peak. Each 1Lb can of Pink Salmon contained about 0.19 cents worth of Pink Salmon, a salt tablet worth about 0.001 cents, an 0.08 cent label, a 0.40 cent 1Lb can and about 0.05 cents worth of Labor Costs that included all handling and cooking costs.

Co w tym niesamowitego, produkcja ręczna zeszła już dawno na drugi plan teraz prawie wszystkie etapy są zmechanizowane, a udział człowieka znikomy, jeśli chodzi o produkcję na szeroki rynek, tak mogą wyglądać małe rodzinne lokalne firmy, gdzie nie ma pełnej automatyzacji linii produkcyjnej i ilości hurtowych. Tak można produkować lokalnie. Co tu niesamowitego, oprócz tytułu który ma zwrócić uwagę laików.

First video I've watched from this channel and I'm subscribing based on the fact that they scrape the remaining ingredients out of whatever container they are using!! Love it!! Most vids I've watched like this don't do that and I'm always sitting here like wait scrape it out don't leave the remaining ingredients in the container to be wasted! Why measure it out if you aren't going to use every bit of it?? 😆
What ingredients??? No closed captions, no titles, I guess we guess what it is they are making. They obviously don't want to divulge their recipe???? Not to worry since so far I have no desire to even eat whatever it is they are rolling out.
