you should do a gta civilian car race around the map where you start in no car in the hills, find a civilian car of your choice (you can look longer for a better one or pick faster for chance of worse car), then race to a point near the lake in the desert, then back to the custom shop by the airport. Do budgets to choose how much money you get to customize, then do another race with your customized civilian cars and whoever wins gets to keep their car and/or gets money
