📋 INGREDIENTS:
• 4 large pork cutlets (approx. 150-200 g / 5.3-7 oz each)
• 200 g (7 oz) cream cheese
• 2 tablespoons mustard
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 1 bunch of chives
• 2 cloves of garlic
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 8 slices of bacon (optional, for more flavor)
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
For the sauce:
• 300 ml (1 ¼ cups) vegetable or chicken stock
• 100 ml (⅓ cup) cream or crème fraîche
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
