Perhaps my favourite Lata-Rafi duet. I arrived in India in 1958 (having been born abroad and brought up elsewhere) and promptly fell in love with Lata-ji and Mukesh-ji. Rafi Sahab, Talat Sahab, Suman-ji and the others all followed. It was a veritable ocean of film music, hugely enjoyable. Such wonderful memories, for instance, of going to see the film Maya in Trivandrum, from which this song is taken, back in 1962. The two of you bring back an India, my India, that has vanished forever. And for that I am so moved, and deeply, deeply grateful. Dr Sudevan Wisconsin

But i still continue this to my dsughters too ( 3rd generation ) snd will continue by my neice who she is 50+ Thanks still this film Maya Devsab and Malaji.
