@@Tejareddy33 A clean title doesn't mean that the car has no accidents. It just means, IF the car was in an accident, it has no significant damage reported. Salvage title (some times, this can also be referred to as total loss vehicle) means, the cost of repairs to be done on a car (that is involved in an accident/flood/fire/theft or some event) exceeds 70% of its current retail value. Rebuilt title means, that the car was issued a salvage title, but then it was repaired and was inspected by the state authorities and given a road worthy certificate and can be used again legally on streets.
Replacing the transmission/engine has no impact on the state of the title if those replacements are not done as part of a repair that is originated from a crash or some event described in the above comment.

I would recommend you to check the car by using sell your car in carvana with VIN. Clean title doesn’t no accident history. My friend faced issue buying from local dealer
