आज मसाला किचन में बन रही है मुरादाबाद की दाल की चाट रेसिपी। स्वादिष्ट और आसान दाल की चाट घर में बनायें और सबके साथ कीजिये का आनंद लें। लाजवाब दही पापड़ी चाट रेसिपी | स्पेशल टेस्टी चाट बनाये घर पर | तड़का दाल, मूंग की दाल, मसाला दाल, पापड़ी बनाने की आसान रेसिपी, मसाला किचन की चाट रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | हल्दीराम वाली दही पापड़ी चाट बनाने की आसान रेसिपी | बाजार जैसी चाट, ठेले वाली चाट का मज़ा लीजिये घर पर | दिल्ली वाली खस्ता चाट, कोन पपड़ी, भल्ला पपड़ी, मीठी चटनी, आलू चाट, आलू टमाटर चाट बनाने का आसान तरीका | दही वाली चाट, लाल चटनी, हरी चटनी रेसिपी को शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
For Dal:
* Yellow Moong Dal(पीली मूंग दाल) - 1 Bowl
* Water(पानी) - 5-6 Bowl
* Salt(नमक) - As per taste
* Asafoetida/Hing Water(हींग का पानी) - 3-4 Spoon
* Butter(मक्खन) - Some
For Masala:
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - 1/2 Spoon
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
* Garam Masala(गरम मसाला) - 1 Spoon
* Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
For Green Chutney:
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 3-4
* Raw Mango(कच्चा आम) - 1
* Onion(प्याज) - 1
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
* Salt(नमक) - As per taste
* CuminSeeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Spoon
* Water(पानी) - As required
For Serving:
* Chilli Flakes & Coriander Seeds(कुटी हुई मिर्च और सूखा साबुत धनिया) - Some
* Butter(मक्खन) - Some
* Papdi/Mathri(मठरी) - Some
* Onion(प्याज) - 1
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
RECIPE:
Wash & soak the Yellow Moong Dal in Water. Then transfer the Soaked Dal into a Handi/Pan. Add Water, and some Salt & boil it by covering it on low heat. Then remove the foam that rises in the dal. When it get start boiling then put some soaked Asafoetida/Hing Water & Butter gradually & mix well time by time. Cook on a slow flame till it gets mushy. Then turn the flame off &
For Masala, take some Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, and Dried Mango Powder & mix all well & keep it aside.
For Chutney, take a mixer grinder jar & put some washed & chopped Coriander Leaves, Ginger, Raw Mango, Green Chilli, finely chopped Onion, Cumin Seeds, & some Salt in it. Grind all by adding some water to it. Take it out in a bowl & keep it aside.
For Serving, take a serving bowl or plate & put cooked Dal, some Butter, Mixed Masala, crushed Chilli Flakes & Coriander Seeds, Finely chopped Onion, long Garlic Slice, crushed Papdi & garnish it with some Coriander Leaves. Serve the very tasty Moradabadi Dal Ki Chaat.
