It's just the beginning.

Today's Vlog 03-2023 - It's day 4 of 75 hard. In this vlog, I do the first workout of the day. I walk to a local school and talk about some of my challenges to 75 hard. The first 4 days were a challenge but very motivating. If you've attempted or completed the challenge, leave me a comment about your experiences. I started the challenge Sept. 28, 2023 and hope to have it completed the day before my 50th birthday. Wish me luck and thanks for watching the video.
