An jeong won is one of only a handful of pediatric surgeons in the country in this series. It's mentioned a lot in the first season. He even does surgery with his girlfriend in the series.
This kdrama is the best to date. Superb acting from the leads, supporting cast (doctors and nurses) and the guest stars. You can feel their emotions. It has excellent OSTs and their weekly band plays are songs from past but the lyrics reinforces the theme for the episodes. A lot of these old songs top the charts also. Storyline mixes all well and I especially like the comedic moments (mostly in this clip). Current season is topping the ratings. Perhaps a season 3 in the works?

The funniest scene is when jun wan hits ikjun because ikjun tried to set up his sister with the NS resident and then they start fighting and the resident is just howering in the back not knowing how to react to the situation.

Absolutely true! Even the besties can’t put up such a good show. To imagine they were practically strangers when they met before the show! Hats off to story writer director and three cheers to all the actors for making this wonderful drama which made all of us feel so good at the difficult times of COVID! The best drama on the top of my list could be watched InnuMerable times!!!

This drama is such a stress reliever. Just the life of 5 friends and extreme comedy. Never fails to make me laugh. The actors are amazing. I cannot describe how happy this drama makes me. It's my favorite drama ever.😭💜

Gonna be real. K-Dramas are not my thing. BUT my friend recommended me this show this month and glad she did. I watch every episode and working my way up to the current episode. Most days, I would put certain episodes on repeat. Love them. Feel like these 5 are friends in my head. Love the chemistry, love the music and love the scripts showcasing moments, quotes that’ll be to me timeless. Like I said, Im not a K-drama bingewatcher but I am LOVING Hospital Playlist. Idk why kdramas have just been grouped together as if they’re one. There’s a variety of different shows with various genres, all by different writers, production teams, actors and etc,. This one is more slice of life genre.
