It does a little, to be honest. Especially on rowdy trails. But the bounce moves the camera forward and back, and NOT laterally, so the stabilisation isn’t compromised as seen in the video. For the comfort it provides (as compared to chest or helmet mounts), this is definitely acceptable. Having said that however, if your objective is pure stabilised footage, nothing beats a helmet or chin mount.

This or gopro chesty? I mainly ride roads and a bit of mtb
@@jonhalda neck mount for road, chesty for mtb. But if u can find a way to make the chesty discreet and more comfortable, I guess its better overall
