You can blame the international embargo for that. My thoughts on the DPRK aside, it isn't exactly easy to obtain high quality technology when your most vital trading partner has been defunct for the past three decades.

RogueStatesMedia Shame they don't have a need to broadcast in the mornings or do programming for schools during those hours.
