- In today's adventure in Dark and Darker, we utilize the alien-given, magical powers of "The Void Blade". In the end, I had so much fun with this weapon, and it's not a bad option, and its rather inexpensive for what it is!

the magic damage on it is a seperate dmg # so any +magic dmg you happen to have adds right?
How do u build void blade, as in does the magic dmg scale? Can u build a kit around it doing a lot more dmg. If so could u make a vid abt it?
I'm just going to give you info on the times that I've tried it! So, when hitting the training dummy, it doesn't show how much magical damage you do, specifically with the void blade. So I never found out with certainty if the magical scaling is worth it. I believe usually if it can scale, it has a (1.0) or (.5) next to the damage, signifying how much it scales. So, 1.0 would be 100% scaling, .5 would be 50%. It gives you no information whatsoever besides the sole fact it adds like +3/4 magical weapon damage to the blade itself. So, in summary, I couldn't tell you if it's worth it to build the magical portion or not. I will 100% take your idea on making a more informative video on it when it's possible though, and I tried, but the game doesn't show good details regarding the blade.

It's not magical weapon damage, it's the same stat that spell casting weapons aka spell book, staff, crystal ball use. And yes, it can't cast spells; the only way to make use of the magical power on it is for a warlock to use blow of corruption on it or have it equipped while proccing dark reflection or flame walker. Will also benefit any curses currently ticking
I don't think it would help ignite damage as that is supposed to be based on the caster's setup not the recipient but testing could be done
