Wow, resident evil has always delivered in its brand of survival horror. But this is an entirely different animal. I’ve played and beaten re 7, 4, and 5. The earlier versions I wasn’t really into at the time, this is a masterpiece of claustrophobic, tense, immersive gameplay that allows the game to stay with you long after it’s over. Bravo capcom, bravo
Mhh I dont share this opinion since every Biohazard game has some serious issues about being realistic imo. I absolutly dont want to be picky, but a policestation being built like this? Idk if Im missing a part of the story or something but I rather lose the immersion if I think about things like these. Outlast was an absolutly immersive game aswell, but why does there have to be a freakin ghost at the end? It was too unrealistic for me at this point. The remake is golden, dont get me wrong, they had to copy the old game obviously and did a great job, but in Village for example it just becomes more and more exaggerated imo.

I grew up playing resident evil 1,2,3, Code Veronica X.... etc. I can understand the younger generation not being into pixelated older games but at the time of original release it was equally as fun and horrific. I would turn all the lights off and just play for hours. I sincerely hope they have a remake of code Veronica x coming after RE 4 remastered is released

I think the reason the dialogues in this game feels unnatural is because the script was originally written in Japanese and then translated to English. And seeing as no languages can be translated to another without losing some of its nuances or intended meaning, we got this gem

Leon's outfit at the beginning of Resident Evil 2 is my favorite of any video game protagonist I've ever played. It's like "It's my first day on the job, and nobody on the entire force might wear this, but I'm tactical ASF" lol

Thank you for "no commentary" gameplay. I just don't understand these "youtubers" nowadays - their constant blabbing completely ruins gaming experience and I find it disrespectful towards game. It took me almost an hour to find normal no comm video

Yeah, I guess it's a form of reality tv nowadays but it is what it is. There's a lots of demand for that kind of entertainment so I'm afraid it's here to stay. It makes these non-commentary videos harder to find. Luckily there's still heroes who plays, edits and publishes these videos.

Wow! I'm completely blown away by how well they did this remake. I don't think I could ever play this version compared to the PS. I remember how my brother always used the cheats though in the PS version & I remember how harder it was to beat it back in my teenager/young adult days. He always tell me just to use the cheat stuff access the rocket launcher, the gatling gun, unlimited ammunition, & unlimited health. But I told him it makes the game play so boring after such a short time & that there's no point in playing it for two & a half hours that I might as well just not play it at all. Even in the first one with the cheats he couldn't beat it until after I did. But anyways, thanks for sharing. I really enjoyed watching it. I wouldn't have minded though a smooch between Claire & Leon even though I know, that's Ada's boy. LOL!!!!

@@king10k15 Well the game personally advises you to either kill them or run. Especially if each of them takes 4 shots if it does kill them. And to me he was getting most of his shots on point. Talking for his defense he's pretty competent like a normal player.

I have to say Mkiceandfire your walk through helped me though the Leon’s story I remember I try this the first time and it got complicated and I just said fuck it but a few weeks ago I decided to give this another shot so I can say I beat resistant evil 2 so I thank you and your walk through that helped me through this I look forward to the second part of the game and use that walk through to help me beat it
an re4 remake could open with leon having a nightmare about raccoon city, and then narrating the drive to the village by catching the player up with the past seven years.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Claire's playthrough actually seems a bit more difficult. Also, 7:09:16 I like how Mr. X just patiently waits his turn while the zombie bites into Claire lol
@@lei3875 are you sure?Leon story line boss's fight is much easier, specially at the end of Mr X super tyrant form, when Ada gave him a rocket launcher, basically 1 shot and killed it, claire has better weapon however Birkin G3 G4 is way more dangerous than Mr X super tyrant form, Mr X much simpler to handle, Birkin's could be unpredictable like charge, drop down from high place ..and of course his G5 form
never in my life have i ever been interested in gaming or anything like this until i saw an edit of Leon and my friend sent me this but i’m genuinely entertained i am tempted to watch the whole thing. i will say the quality on this game is incredible and the plot is really good unlike a lot of games i’ve heard about.
This game has certainly come a long way, I’ve noticed it’s a little simplified as compared to the original but never less still an amazing game from my childhood 64 days.. ❤️👏🏼
I’ve never been into playing the game myself,but when I was younger and shared a room with my little bro,I liked to watch him play,and help brainstorm on the tricky parts.
CAPCOM made an offhand remark about some of their personnel were scanned as zombies for the RE 2 remake sometimes ago, and seeing how some of the zombies were very hard to kill as if they got one hell of an HP and Dodge to boot, I think those are the CAPCOM guys.

One thing never changes in RE games. You can never open a locked door without a key. You can't kick down doors or shoot locks off like in the real world.
The play through was enjoyable and the gameplay looks amazing my only complaint is they could of made the 2 scenarios more different for instance both characters had to put the medallions in the statue???? What after one did it the zombies reset em and its plenty more examples of that smh but good job MK

Whats your opinion about Resident Evil 4 Remake ?
I’ve never been into playing the game myself,but when I was younger and shared a room with my little bro,I liked to watch him play,and help brainstorm on the tricky parts.

CAPCOM made an offhand remark about some of their personnel were scanned as zombies for the RE 2 remake sometimes ago, and seeing how some of the zombies were very hard to kill as if they got one hell of an HP and Dodge to boot, I think those are the CAPCOM guys.
I love watching my brother play this game, the story line is incredible

It's a lot easier if you take out the Zombies Legs. They can't stand and are a lot easier to kill or avoid. Plus you use less bullets.

When the zombies bites you, you still can see the wound .
But they'll fade away in no time, that is.
Looooove how you conserve your ammo by maximizing headshots and accuracy, you only get so much in survival horror

One thing never changes in RE games. You can never open a locked door without a key. You can't kick down doors or shoot locks off like in the real world.
The play through was enjoyable and the gameplay looks amazing my only complaint is they could of made the 2 scenarios more different for instance both characters had to put the medallions in the statue???? What after one did it the zombies reset em and its plenty more examples of that smh but good job MK
