I really wish Metal Sonic was more akin to his LEGO Dimensions appearance, he was way more accurate and robotic looking with that. As a minifigure, he doesn't look as good. Still happy to have him, but man he could've been so much more. The Cyclone looks great though, and I hope an Eggwalker is coming soon. Pair him with some G.U.N. robots and you've got a great set right there.

This set is a really cool idea and does look cool. But I the Metal Sonic is disappointing. They should've given him the robot arms that some other figures have had. Maybe giving him the gremlin legs also would've worked. It's still great to get a set from Sonic Adventure 2, though.
I think that metal sonic head has the hole in the back so it can look like he’s flying like he does in the chase levels in CD and Mania. You but the neck pin-stud in there
The hole on the back is another mini figure neck attachment you can put his head on using the other hole to make him look forward while in a flight pose

i hope that they do an improved Egg Walker (i think in the Loop set Eggman has a primitive Egg Walker) 4:02 also wouldve been cool to have the Yellow Emerald (as the fake emerald Tails made)
The funny thing is that this is our first sonic character to get a minifigure who isnt in sonic adventure 2 but still only comes in a set based off sonic adventure 2 😭 and robots like cubot dont count

The LEGO dreamzz kitty bike was the last LEGO transformer that they made. It’s just a partsformer but you don’t completely take it apart to transform.
