More importantly, your CPAP can help you not have a heart attack in the night.

I just have one small ask; a tiny request: will you please teach every chump that's ever made a TH-cam video how to make TH-cam videos? Yours are short, straight to the point, fun, funny, and have cocktails !

I'm using two 18ah SLA batteries in parallel , connected to a ResMed #37297 12vdc to 24vdc converter to power my ResMed Air Sense 10 CPAP. Used as backup for power outages or for camping without "shore power". Shut off humidifier and heated hose features for minimum current draw. I use these same batteries in my mobility scooter. Gives about three nights worth of CPAP power. I keep a Battery Minder smart charger connected to batteries when not in use. Hmm, maybe I could connect my 24vdc mobility scooter battery pack to my ResMed DC/DC converter to power my CPAP.

But I’m curious how long it lasts? I like to go tent camping about a week at a time. I bought this really really expensive battery pack and I watched TH-cam videos that said that it worked for six or seven nights straight. I hooked up my CPAP exactly the same way and it only lasted one night. I was having to drive into town almost an hour away, find a place that would let me plug in my Battery back and come back for it before they closed to get it. And it would take all day to charge it. That was disastrous. We haven’t been camping again since then. How long does your set up last? How many nights? Please be honest.

@@ortegaeldo5633 My SLA battery setup powers my Air Sense 10 CPAP for three nights, humidifier and heated hose features shut off. Lithium batteries are lighter to carry, longer lasting and lots more expensive, require special expensive chargers and fiddly monitoring.

Is 10AH enough juice for the night?
My CPAP machine has a DC input option that skips the need for an inverter and I've always wanted to give it a try. Thanks for the video.

Actually pretty funny. I like your sense of humor. Speaking of, wouldn't that last only 2.5 hours with your set up? I kmow with my RedMed, it wouldn't last longer than 2.25 hours.

The humidifier uses way more power. So I have been told to get an HME. They use those for people on ventilators and it will work for a cpap
      super cheap
