The answer to the D'Vorah skeleton question is that the individual Kytinn are all like mini hive-minds of tiny parasites within a larger hive-mind and they replace their hosts' anatomy cell-by-cell as they feed. It could be a mostly human skeleton or a new skeleton completely made of bugs.

Players are really playing for real money and absolutely eliminating any fun game content that MK 11 Gameplay has to offer. It's understandable that they play scared and cowardly when they're playing for a lot of money. That's understandable.
