Black Prince Footplate Bash North Norfolk Railway Day 5 4/10/2017

Hello & Welcome to Harnetty Railways
Coming up in Day 5.
We have a very special filming coming up for you all. Thanks to the kindness of The North Norfolk Railway & The Friends of Black Prince. I've had official permission to not only ride but also to film on the footplate of 92203 Black Prince.
A massive thank you to all the staff at The North Norfolk Railway & representatives of Friends of Black Prince letting me make this video possible.
We join the crew for a ride up to Holt as depart on the 10.30am service from Sheringham to Holt.
The 9f performed magnificently in the hands of ex BR driver Nigel Glithro.
Soon we arrived at Holt after a great run after running round we headed back to Sheringham.
After a lunch break we rejoin 92203 for more 9F haulage to Holt & returning as far as Weybourne were we leave the train.
We have a look at the sheds as we see the locos owned by The Midland & Great Northern Group being prepared for their members day on October the 7th.
We end this video with 92203 Black Prince entering the shed to be disposed of for the night.

I can't see that there is a turntable or triangle at Holt, so how did the loco run funnel first in both directions? (Good video: love the shots of the firebox and crew).

The north norfolk railway does not have a turntable nor a triangle facility as with a few heritage railways. Run smokebox 1st 1 way then tender 1st going back.
