Any 20 magazine rifle is good enough. There's even an 1* rifle with 20 magazine. I got a quicker 3:14 with Mad Panda Rifle (24 magazine, purchasable with battle medals) after making the video. Like I said at the start of the video, the EX is not necessary at all.

for the end you can switch the movement to 360° because if you run to the block you will not get knockbacked so you can get a more optimized run

Hell 1-1 was a pain to get through tbh. I've seen people do it with PD and Lupina before I think. Maybe you could give that a shot?
