Even after Manoj Master's death, Tez said that video will be uploaded today but he took more than a week to upload the video. He never meets timelines. Going by what Pure Massage said and his video showed, Tez does not allow barbers to work at their free will and he gives them pennies... It is said, he pays INR 500 per video which roughly translates to less than $8 per video. Pure massage also alleged that Tez threatened Manoj Master to not help with his daughter's wedding expenses if he were to work with other Channels. This just shows how horribly Tez treats barbers and puts them under his iron boots. Tez needs to answer. He is caught in his lies as the video conversation clearly shows the true dark side of Tez. He is a dictator
Honestly I lost faith in this channel. I was a longtime subscriber and supporter. Tez often promises videos in his descriptions and comments and doesn't deliver - that's one thing. But this is important to the community, he has to response to Pure Massage's video... He owes his subscribers.

Basically what happened was Akshay called Manoj Master at some point and spoke to him about doing some videos with him, offering to have him come to a different location to do videos, and offering to pay him well for his work. Manoj was apparently uncomfortable with this, and wouldn't let Akshay come to his shop to do videos, but was ok with traveling to go do videos at a different place. Tez found out about this and called Akshay, and basically berated him about trying to do work with "his barber." That's what the phone call in the video is. Supposedly, Tez gatekeeps the barbers that he works with, and doesn't let other content creators work with them without his approval. Now clearly this is not in the best interest of the barbers, and stunts their growth as barbers and businesses. People have been commenting on Tez's content requesting a response from him on the controversy and Tez said he would provide a response soon, and then stated his next upload would be a response. Those statements were lies.

But basically what I see is that Tez is acting like a sort of cartel where he doesn’t want any other channels working with the barbers he discovered (RIP Manoj). In my opinion it’s pretty unfair, he doesn’t own the barbers or have any legal contract with them they should be able to work with whatever channel they want and should not have to seek permission from Tez. Just my take on it.

@Ayush he died from blunt force trauma to the head and was "found" on the railtracks.rail tracks. His body was completely intact for his funeral if you watched it. Wasn't hit by a train, just found there and no witnesses say he got hit. But something hit him in the head very hard and killed him.
