Ah, episode 1403, a special moment for me. Cut a long story short, I began watching Brookie as a child, as my mum did. I knew I began watching sometime between 93 and 95. I knew of the Jordaches (I remember waiting in anticipation for the trial), but never remembered Trevor, so I knew I began watching between the murder and the trial. I began watching Valley rhondda boi's uploads recently and because I didn't want to know any spoilers (eg. I remember Simon blowing the house up, but didn't want to look up when it happened), I began watching from the start of 1993. So, watching through chronologically until now, finally in 1403 I reached the first identifiable scene when I *know* I had begun watching. It was when Eamon Holmes introduced himself to Penny. Not yet 10 years old in May 1994 and already a Brookside watcher! And just to circle back to the beginning, it's special because I'd long-forgotten that Brookside was a part of my growing up. Thanks again Valley rhondda boi.
Considering Lee’s backstory as a joyrider responsible for an accident which paralysed a child, I was surprised he was so casual about getting in the bumper cars without having a PTSD episode.
Lady Penelope still staying and moaning with max and pat (Clive’s niece) doesn’t she have any of her own family? Parents? Siblings? and then Bing complaining about the Banks and Corkhill yet his own brother stole all those people’s pensions, hypocrite.
Brookside in 1994 had plenty of good storylines, at the beginning of the year we had the famous lesbian kiss and the associated lesbian storylines then there's the religious cult storyline, Jimmy Corkhill's prison sentence, Kenny Maguire and the protection racket and loan shark storyline and finally at Christmas Rachel and Lee running away to London.
Mandy and Sinbad having a laugh while Trevor’s body decomposes under the patio 😆
'The God Squatters'. Lol Nice one, Bing!
I remember having a panic attack watching the house with the cult and bomb about to go off I was 11 😂

Eamon Holmes and Lorraine Kelly are brilliant with their cameo roles, quite good acting from them.
Mandy and Sin jumping on the moral bandwagon at this meeting, with Trevor lying cold in bin bags under their patio.
Mandy had every right to kill Trevor. She is the most moral person there is on this show.
That meeting scene is wonderful. Such a long dialogue heavy sequence. Soaps don’t do that anymore.

1:26:10 go on Bing!!!!!! 😂
Jimmy: “stupid ald geht” 😂
Or “Stupid soon goes” according to Google Translate.
Ah yes, the point where Brookside had to mive because of Eastenders' third episode being introduced.
Like the way Ruth calls her son Sinbad by his real name Thomas.
Some location scenes at New Brighton on the Wirral with Chris, Beth ,Rachel and Lee.
In what episode did Sinbads mother get in touch, are we missing one?
I thought I missed that episode! And then the one where something happens to the Banks kid
He got in touch with her around 1991.
The Banks son is to much of a wool to even imagine him doing that.
I use to see Terry buying coke from my mates dad in 1993 😂.

Can’t stand Lady Penelope, so jarring. Bing is a great character though.
That's right,Bing was a very good character who was in Brookside during its golden era 1992 to 1998.
Dean O sulivan did he play it well?
Lol crossover with GMTV with Eamon and Lorraine. Brookie often acknowledged other tv shows and soaps
Yes I know it used to mention other soaps on a regular basis, they mentioned Corrie,Home and Away,Howards'Way and The Waltons.
ALL children are "perfect". Not just some. Comparison hurts.
Chris 1:39:09 Looks like Red Rum at the door 🤣
Anna Friel 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Do they still get paid if watching even now?

1:52:55 I bet the Kershaws would disagree.
Why is Jimmy always robbing on his doorstep? 😂
Bing at 1:47:12 hahaha!
Point of order Chairman Bing: has anyone see Trevor Jordache?
Who would be asking after that toerag.
@@lorraineydays57 Yes, although he is still a member of the Brookside Residents Association.
@@spartybrearly7221 do one ya divvy Trevor is where he belongs
Actress Mary Tamm RIP 2012.
Jimmy's out on bail after his pre trial hearing.
This is a momentous occasion - the inaugural meeting of the B.R.A
Legendary.
Bing is a horrid judgemental gossip
Breakfast tv is hardly edgy stuff.
The Farnhams constant depression 😢😢😢 they never happy for long. God awful characters.
