Already ordered my book and some minis from warpath and corespace; I also own a bunch of the BattleSystems stuff, as well as the AVP game from Prodos. I am so extremely excited for stargrave it’s ridiculous! Thank you for such a fantastic review and outlook for this new game.
looks great! My copy of the newer Siege of the Citadel (and the expansion stuff whenever it arrives) will get "recruited" into being my Stargrave set. and perhaps a few thousand points of 40k minis, lol.
Thanks for the presentation. It looks really cool. It also quite similar to Core Space (minus the terrain), 5 Parsecs From Home and even Fallout Wasteland Warfare. Is there any chance that you would do a comparison between them - what are the strong and weak points of each one? Let's say, for those who wants to choose only one.
@@seahawk8601 Awesome! Thanks a lot! (I have Core Space and Fallout WW, both in shrink... But both Stargrave and 5PFH look so cool - are they worth the effort compared to Core Space?... For example...)
Minis from other Kickstarter disappointments may also work. Sedition Wars for instance has beautiful minis for such a terrible game. And in the video he mentioned Zombicide Invader
Looks interesting. I'm not drawn to the theme, but you mention Frostgrave. I need to go back and look at your videos on Frostgrave to see how it looks. Is it all just a frozen setting, or is there a setting available similar to warhammer quest???
The setting is there, but the author makes it clear to you should make it yours. Ghost Archapaeligo is more Pirate themed and has slightly different types of warbands. They are both great narrative skirmish games. You could easily run a "dungeon" campaign if you have the right terrain
Good preview. I'm excited for this game, wondering what sort of minis I'll need to cover the random encounters tables. I pretty much completed those for Frostgrave and expect I'll try the same for this game too. Could I ask for a vid to cover this? Cheers
While I am really looking forward to this and have enjoyed your videos I have a suggestion. In your next video maybe key in on the differences between Frostgrave and Stargrave. I say this as I have seen a video saying that it is a simple reskin. Now I don't believe that. Heavily based on yes, but not a simple reskin. Just an idea, as I have already pre-orderd it myself.
So looking forward to this, you're so lucky to have it early!
Hope you enjoy it!
A rogue trader game is now possible.
you know it!
Thanks for the look at Stargrave, I can't wait to get this game! Looking forward to a lot of Stargrave content.
You and me both!
Thanks for the Look Rob! The Red King is already out.
just waiting for mine
Looking forward to going over this. Looks great, thanks for sharing.
Hope you enjoy it!
I get the impression that you enjoyed the game

Nice look at this Rob, thanks!
