I still stand by my original thesis, the opposition should retire Erdoğan for good in 2028.

As a Turk, I agree, because more than 50% of the Turkish people are still deceived by religion, and even though the CHP is far ahead of them now, they still have a chance to win.
When you say to the Turkish people at election time: “We have found oil, we have found natural gas, if we go, Islam will end, CHP will sell the country to foreign powers”, you can deceive them and get votes.

They should place Hakan Fidan in place. I'll be honest with you, CHP will sell off Turkeys. Watch.

I do not wish Erdogan a cozy retirement but an excruciating defeat in the hands of the opposition.

@@atillayesilada7019 I like to use the analogy of an injured lion, a dead lion is of no threat to anyone, an injured one can still cause harm. Erdoğan has always found a way of turning every situation where the odds are in against him, and turned it into a victory for him, last year's general elections were a clear reflection of it. Even now where there clearly doesn't seem to be a way out for him, you can't underrate him even in such a scenario, the safest and surest way to do away with Erdoğan for good is by retiring him for good in 2028. By 2028, the likely AKP candidate will be a weak, in that case, CHP's victory in that election will be more than certain.

Hi. Another great show. It seems like it would not matter who would win. The economic storm cannot be fixed. The whole world is failing.

The opposition is playing to the president's hand at the expense of the economy. Let the guy do his job, now that suprisingly he's woken up to the consequences of inflationary policies.

The inflation is already 70 percent. With rates above 50 percent. Obviously the interest rate lever isnt working to lower inflation. Turkish economists seem to not be very good. They need to look into chaining the usd to try or a new currency and start over

Austerity measures win time. Time to solve structural problems. What structural problems is Turkey solving? Nothing.

as a Türk, exactly. sadly this will only result in extreme poverty in Turkey. it's very sad that people don't recognize this, they think it's all over and no politician can fix it - which; as a feeling i sympathize, but not true at all; also will result in more and more poverty simply because they do not pressure politicians on fixing the damned economy while thinking like this.

Wishful thinking. No early elections. When AKP won the last election, the economy and socio-cultural environment was worse than today. Still AKP managed to win since the opposite coalition was even worse than AKP.
