I took mine out for the first time today. I didn’t have any issue shooting low left (except when I caused it). It’s a nice gun, I really like the trigger. It’s not going to replace my Sig Macro as my EDC.
I own this gun and sure enough you’re right. However to play devils advocate, FN did put the pinky extension on there from the factory. So obviously something with the angle or size wasn’t designed right if tons of experienced shooters are having this same issue.
I be been saying this. It's not the gun it's the shooter. It took me a couple of rounds to notice this. It was me I'm left handed so I was shooting low right the guy at the range told me the same thing that you are saying and it solved the problem 👍
The tiny guns will force a shooter to improve their technique. I used to rely on my pinky strength… worked great with big guns. Then I bought the lil p365 and started shooting low left. Had to fix my shooting grip in order to shoot that gun. Same thing is true for the reflex. The Sig forced me to improve myself so I fixed my grip before I bought a reflex and therefore never shot low left with it.
You're absolutely right it's the user and one side eliminate the adapter problem solved I could put it back on and not put no pressure on it and it would work just fine
@ I put pressure on it, just not a lot… most of my gripping pressure comes from my support hand, which counteracts my firing hands bottom two fingers pulling it low-left. It also loosens tension in my firing finger so it’s easier to pull straight back
i’ve had my FN reflex for a year and a half. I never did experience that problem with impacting low left. But I shoot a lot approximately 1000 rounds a month and I shoot a variety of my every day carry guns. There is no doubt I shoot some guns better than otherbecause they fit my hand better. I agree with someone one gentleman practice.
Did they finally solve the failure to feed issue with these? Also I think the Reflex is harder to learn to shoot well compared to others in the same category.
I never had feeding issues with my reflex but if i shut the slide slow it would hang up. My 365 and 43x did not do this and fed a round very smoothly. I took the extractor out and rounded the corner more than what it was that comes into contact with the case as it feeds a round into the chamber. My reflex now feeds very smoothly.
Weird because there's a channel showing it shoots low and left even when clamped in a vice. rotating the gun upside down causes it to shoot high and right.
I don't know if you know but just in case you don't: Folk on RFK's nominees for the people polls are voting for Brandon Herrera to be appointed to Director of BATFE.. Brandon's channel has his reaction to his nomination and a link to said poll. The more folks vote, the more it'll be taken seriously and seriously the ATF need their cage rattling. I came to view your hat review and noticed your other content and I thought it worth a mention..

@@mattgericke4537 I think if they had back straps, they could fill your hand out more would make this get more accurate
@@REALDEAL-1791potentially. But I did the same thing and just removed the pinky extension and ordered more plates from fn to change them all.
It may also be due to that silly 1911 competition grip which does not use the persons thumbs to grip the gun.
@@SmokeRingsPipeDreams it’s much better than a Glock grip
Look at the gap under the front sight, they are 509 sights.
365 sights work much better.
#6 sights vs #8 sights.
Who'd a thunk it? Thanks for the tip.

Sounds like it’s a user induced grip issue and not a problem with the plastic extension… I can shoot mine lights out with all 3 baseplates. Practice.
