@@sumiokodai1652 Ferguson always knew Ronaldo could play Left but he also knew that would cause an imbalance cause Giggs was playing on the left and his output in terms of assists was unbelievable just look at the charts, Beckham leaving meant United needed a right winger this also meant Ronaldo had to focus more on creating rather than scoring and as we all saw he pretty much took a shot everytime when he started playing on the left he was assisting but not that much.

Ah, the golden years of United, EPL, and Cristiano! This video brings me such a feeling of nostalgia! Football was so, so much better back then than today! More spontaneous without stupid VAR that only makes things more confusing and messy, tougher, with tougher, real players, who almost all had street origins (ironically, except Messi who spent the majority of his youth in Barca academy), and that just doesn't happen anymore (and it's a shame because footballers with street education and upbringing are the most magical players), with epic rivalries, and much better quality of top leagues than today.
Also, Cristiano was just brilliant, he was a brilliant winger during his first spell at United, and he was a more mature, brilliant winger for a few years at Real Madrid. And what pisses me off is how so many brain-dead people now think he was just a striker. It's so infuriating how people who literally have no idea about this game, the game's history, and Cristiano's history, talk nonsense about him on podcasts, in the interviews, etc. And what's worse, there are some bitter ex-teammates of Cristiano who talk nonsense too (yes, looking at you Rooney - you are a pathetic, fat, jealous twat).
Cristiano is a giant in this sport and what he has done in his entire career is absolutely spectacular! It's actually amazing that he is still going at 39. I mean, he is almost 40, and he still has amazing stats in Saudi, and Saudi proved much better league than MLS where Messi plays, we have seen that when Saudi teams tore apart Inter Miami in a few matches.

They are not best friends, but at the same time, people exaggerate their conflict or hate. The problem is nowadays on social media every single person is looking for likes and clicks, and people on football Twitter, and other social media, just as all people using social media for money, even some solid journalists, regularly manipulate, lie, put fake quotes, manipulate videos with interviews, and exaggerate everything some big footballers say about each other, so that it fits these Twitter people's media agenda, and gives them more controversy, so more likes, engagement and thus - more money.
Cristiano appeared genuinely hurt by Rooney's criticism when he was at United the second time and went through unimaginable pain when he lost his newborn son, and that is why Cristiano got emotional during the Morgan interview and called Rooney 'a rat', and seriously, you can't blame him. It's disgusting how some at United treated Cristiano after what he went through back then, losing a child is the greatest tragedy and trauma you can go through.
Rooney' on his part, seems seriously lacking empathy towards Cristiano, but I don't think he wanted to really hurt Cristiano, it was just, as always, a misunderstanding exaggerated and blown out of proportion by the media manipulations too. And the last controversy - Rooney talking about Hazard's quote of 'pure football' when it comes to Cristiano, also comes from literally media and people who asked Rooney these questions, manipulating what Hazard said in the first place! The manipulation, and leaving things out of context is the prime problem of all media and public disputes nowadays, not just in the football department, but in general. That's how hate is manufactured out of nothing.
In my opinion this was the best version of Cristiano Ronaldo. In his last years atUnited and his first years at Real Madrid he was one of the most complete players ever: goal scoring, assist, dribbling, header, phisique... all 100% and in one player. In the following years he established himself as a legend of the sport, scoring much more but this is the best Cristiano Ronaldo

One of my favorite Man United teams ever with the 2007/08 team. That 2008/09 season was amazing as we won so much and did so well. Favorite match was against Tottenham as we won 5-2 by coming back from two goals behind and wining. My favorite front three was there including Rooney, Cristiano and Tevez, and my favorite midfielder that I adore as a Man United fan Ji-Sung Park. We’ve seen it all we’ve won the lot we’re Man United and we’re never gonna stop. COME ON YOU RED DEVILS❤️❤️❤️🔥

This seasons united jersey was my favourite of all time , it was the first time I saw as a 11 year old kid and I never forgot about it .

Dlm training dialah yg paling awal datang dan paling akhir balik dari training dimana mana club yg dia pergi. Cr7 juga sangat menjaga apa yg dia makan. Dia tak hampir tidak minum minuman berkarbonat apalagi coca cola, hampir tidak pernah minum alcohol atau arak. Disebabkan inilah cr7 sangat jarang injured atau mengalami kecederaan dan boleh konsisten selama 20 tahun careernya

No he wasn't. He's rated for what he did. He scored ONE goal vs a Top5 team in his 4 years at ManUtd in domestic major competitions.
He scored in just THREE ChampionsLeague games in his entire ManUtd career (ZERO in knockouts) and went a whole 3 years without a CL goal from late 2008 to late 2011.
His lame pen vs Everton FAcup semi-final 2009....his lame performance when he came on vs Barca in CL final that same year....his bad season 2009/10 which made ManUtd just miss out on a record 4 PL's in a row....his misses at 0-0 in virtual FAcup final vs ManCity 2011 were just some of his many ManUtd howlers.
There are so many ManUtd players who I would actually consider a success at ManUtd but Berbaflop didn't win back-to-back PL's, nor did he win the FAcup, nor did he win ChampionsLeague.
v.Nistelrooy was unlucky to only achieve 1 of those feats at ManUtd considering he personally never really let the team down and his numbers were great but he was in a weaker era ManUtd than Berbatov.
But I can easily list about 45 players off the top of my head who either achieved 2 or 3 of the 3 feats I mentioned and Berbatov finds himself inside a tiny list of players who played for ManUtd under Ferguson for at least 4 years who failed to achieve any of those 3 feats. But he was the only expensive player in that category, hence "Berbaflop".

He didn't win ManUtd 2010/11 season he scored in 11 games in the whole season in all competitions, do you know how many matches there are in a season??
Plus even if he'd scored 40+goals in 10/11 it wouldn't have made up for him costing ManUtd the 4 in a row 2009/10 I would've preferred winning the 19th league title that year instead of 2011 because ManUtd had already 3 peated before.
ManCity now have a great chance of winning 4 in a row. Especially with VAR now all you have to be is the best team now and I think they still are. ManUtd have been the best team and lost league title's due to bad decisions but also some players not stepping up i.e Berbaflop when ManUtd have injury to a key player like in 09/10 Rooney was that key player.
Tevez scored more important goals for ManUtd in 2 years than Berba did in double the time.
