Amazing run as usual. Shame you got unlucky in depth 25 because mob wouldn't drop Speed Up. If i was you, i would start at a room where killing mob is a must in hope Speed Up would drop, then a room where killing mob is not needed hopefully you lucky to have that Speed Up buff, then back to room where mob killing is a must and so on. At 11:06, you could have free up another slot or even two right there giving you better to chance of grabbing remedy or/and another health kit potentially saving you from that death at Vanaduke.
The order of the rooms save time on its own and leaving sprites directly after each room means less time spent on picking up and putting down sprites. Vial management sucks in solos. With better gameplay I would have had enough hp anyway
