She is an iconic beauty, I remember watching her in 90's movies when I was little and she had such a stunning presence, it was mostly her smile , and hair ,a natural beauty that doesn't have to have the high eyebrows like the stereotype today, she aged gracefully too.

In fact the entire public has gone the same way... all about appearances!

It's as unnatural as praising people for not punching others in the face or simply being kind, and people are not monkeys to be appreciated for eating with a spoon, if you know what I mean.
