I like their wash bay. Very nice setup with water collection. Add a filter or two to the water collection bay, and henceforth, maybe clean water on the egress of the water collection?

I think that comes down to the enforcement and ruling on the government. In Malaysia, grease trap is required, and also no 'carwash' is allowed in commercial business areas (light or heavy industrial only), but overall, we do find that major provinces in China is strict.
