How would you recommend for someone to get going it leathercraft without the fear of a huge investment. I live nowhere near a leather supply store.

Slc and district leather supply are pretty affordable. I got most of my tools that I use today off amazon... 16 bucks gives you 30 different essential tools you need for making leather wallets and tassels
