Madam maine electric scooter 17/01/2021 full payment kar ke gadi liya dealer gadi kharidte samay gadi ki speed 40 km/h bataya tha demo ke liye gadi diya uska speedometer band tha isley muje gadi ka actual speed ka pata nahi chala gadi ghar me deliver hone ke bad muje gadi ki speed 35 ke upar nahi jati or pick up bhi sahi nahi hai 29/01/2021 ko dealer ke pass gadi checking ko diya 04/02/2021 dealer ka phone aya apki gadi me koy bhi kharabi nahi hai ap gadi leke jao firse gadi ka speed 35 se upar nahi jarahi to maine dealer ko bola wo balta hai utne hi speed me jayegi company se aisa hi ata hai maine dealer ke pas gadi chod ke waps aya abhi gadi dealer ke pas hi Madam main case file kar sakta hu kya?

Maam I want to file a case against flipkart.I found hidden policy in their T&C while placed an order.I suffered too much and didn't get any solution from flipkart team.I had placed order for my father who is living in home town(WB).But I am living in different state(TN).The incident happened in WB.I handled all the situations like called the customer service, decision taken on that situation,order placed from my account.I have some doubt regarding this.
1) Can I file the case or my father has to file?
2)Is affidavit has to made in stamp paper or normal Legal size page is enough?
I shall be very thankful to you if you look into my doubts and clarify.

Read your query You can attend court on behalf of your father by taking authority letter but get complaint signed by him

Mam, edaakhil me To Affidavit hi dena hota hai. Aur agar mai galat nhi hu, To uske liye stamp paper pe notary bhi karana hota hai.

@@hypertheorytech2578 It's better to do it. The system is not consumer friendly. They can object to anything & you have to come again. If forum is nearby, then it's fine. In our case, it was 75km away. They also ask us to give local language translation undertaking. In my opinion, pursue it only if amount or fraud is worth chasing. Whole process will take many months and assurity of justice is open question!

No if case already in one court cannot file in any other court Don't be misguided Your case is going in good court they are also making order for refund when builder ready to pay and they don't make insolvency order against builder This is better way

Great video. Thank you. 16 years ago, i resolved many consumer complaint issues of my friends in Goa. Got product exchange done, got cash refunds etc. I did all this online from my home by writing to the consumer complaint website. i dont use the online platform anymore because m not happy with the service. no one takes proper interest in the problems and no proper replies. Hence I gave up complaining and I gave up fighting. Please let me know if there is a proactive online website which helps people to resolve consumer complaint issues. The consumer forum office is 20 kms away from my house and consumer court is 30 kms away. Thank you.

महोदय मैंने अपनी खेती करने के लिए एक सज्जन से आर्थिक सहायता और शेष फायनेंस करवाकर 11 जुलाई 2022 को सोनालिका कम्पनी का एक 50 hp का नया ट्रैक्टर खरीदा था जो कुछ समय बाद 26 अक्टूबर को भरे काम के समय में कुछ खराब हो गया एजेंसी जाने पर कुछ खराब चीजों को बदल दिया गया और काम की चरमता के समय 9 या 10 दिन बाद मुझे ट्रैक्टर मिला उस दौरान मैं और मेरे पार्टनर ने अलग अलग ट्रैक्टर से किराया देकर काम करवाया लेकिन उसका वो मेन्युफेक्चरिंग डिफेक्ट पूरी तरह फिर भी नहीं गया और न ही वो लोड लेने की क्षमता आयी जो इसके समकक्ष 50 hp के अन्य ट्रैक्टर में होती है और अभी 27 फरवरी 2023 को थ्रेसिंग के समय फिर से खराबी आ गई जो पार्ट बदलने पर भी पूरी तरह सही नहीं हुई क्या इसमें कम्पनी द्वारा अपने इस मैनुफैक्चरिंग डिफेक्ट वाले पीस को वापस या बदलने में से कुछ हो सकता है कृपया उचित मार्गदर्शन करें आपके उत्तर की प्रतीक्षा में🙏🙏
