Pstv Thnkz you Will have to study arabic for 2-3 years in madinah before you Can actually start studying the quran on a High level , in the mean time you Will need a job, like a cleaner, try searching google for qualifications and visa requirements, but most importantly, ask allah and he shall give inshallah, ,may allah grant your wishes and protect you ameen
