#17 is not Heart of the Alien, but the prequel Another World. The list is pretty good, Snatcher is practically legendary, Ecco the dolphin, Popful Mail, and Lunar Eternal Blue are all top notch titles in their respective categories. Android Assault is the only one I didn't know about, a shame given how much it plays like Thunder Force. Surprise Lords of Thunder didn't make the list, the presentation on that one is top notch too.
