I used Hokusai with Double Merlin, at 50% bar (I couldn't go lower). Double Merlin NP spam is disgusting, I couldn't even really use his third skill (got buster downs) but his NP is just so broken

Given he's easy to max out in every way, and the fact his kit is MADE to survive, you just need to plan your Mystic Code around it. The usual one I see is the one with lowering cooldown by 2 and invuln for a turn. Makes him tankier. Fun note, he's the reason why I cleared Camelot and Babylonia. 😁
Im glad grailed my cu to 100. He helped me thru my singularity fuyuki to solomon. Bond 8 now. 2mos playing fgo. My Cu lancer and cu alter are now lv100💪💪💪
The extreme differences in this boss battle makes me disappointed in the solos cuz you either make this battle incredibly easy with the hanafudas and the mystic code or virtually impossible without revives.
It's an event-exclusive Mystic Code. During the Main Story, your Mystic Code is replaced at some point with super OP skills. The stun one provides bonuses for all card types. The attack one gives dodge, NP gain, etc. And the last one gives 50 stars at base and many more. The change in Mystic Code is part of the story but you can turn it off during Free Quests. And the Mystic Code Exp you gain goes to the one it overwrites.
