Even before covid, so many churches where I live were dead, dead, dead. There is no dancing in the spirit. There is no praying in tongues or interpretation. There are no words of wisdom being given. There is no biblical literacy, nor is there a desire for biblical literacy. Lord in heaven, please transform our churches into places where we get to experience heaven on earth, where we learn what it is to worship in spirit and in truth, where we become filled with the spirit and then get to manifest the fruit and gifts of the spirit on an ongoing basis, as our norm.
