I think Kwanghee is capable of leading Zea too. He really worked hard for Zea to be known and I think behind the scenes (offcam) Kwanghee takes on a more serious demeanor unlike his chatty oncam persona.

After watching so many ZE:A videos, Kwanghee could have been a great leader. In the Fighting Project DVD where they were promoting their Spectacular album, Kwanghee acted as the leader since Junyoung was injured that time. Junyoung could have just been the leader behind-the scenes.

The point is, if Kwanghee being the leader, the group cannot survive because the leader (kwanghee at this point) can't even make Minwoo (the little hyena member) obey to him kk rule no.1 of being ZE:A leader: make Minwoo on knees kkk Anyway Junyoung built this group, but he got stronger when being the leader because of all the members, all the members did such an awesome job to make this group stronger.. Junyoung got a lot of advices and lessons too from the members when being the leader.. He is the middle kid, but his hyung is his back up when he being the leader, the magnaes is his motivation, his same age friends is the one whor understand his heart so well.. That's how he became the leader even though he is the middle kid.. I love this family compactness ♡
i always laugh and smile like crazy whenever i see him~ kwanghee-oppa daebak! i never thought that he will be my bias in Ze:a~ i have to thank my eternal bias Hyoyeon-unnie for that~because of hyo-unnie i get to know kwanghee-oppa~and i don't regret knowing him~ he may be loud but he have a good heart~he always find some way to promote his members so that they're more known~people always say bad things about him like he's anoyying, he's gay and all that,but you know what? Kwanghee makes me remember Heechul before set up Super Junior He once was grouped in project name '4 seasons' and He's oldest in that group but Kangin was the leader because SM's PD said if Heechul was a leader, this group surely broke hahaha lol
Kwanghee is 95% of the reason I became interested in ZE:A (Dongjun's body is the other 5%... ;]) he's hilarious and always so HAPPY to be there looks like Jokwon has a challenger for Kkab King!
