I am a 61-year-old woman and I watch every one of yours and Sarah’s videos. You guys are so cute and fun to watch. You’re always so honest about every book you read. It makes me feel young again to watch you guys. I believe that your lip is swelling because of nerves. stress when I was in my late 20s and early 30s my upper lip used as swell like that all the time and I never knew why we always just chalked it up to my nerves I finally don’t do that anymore thank the Lord just do what you can do what you can’t do don’t worry about it. I loved watching this so much. Prayers for you sweet girl. 💕🙏🏻😉

The library is so quiet and relaxing. The volunteers and employees are always willing to help and happy to set someone up with a new library card. Don’t get anxiety from it.

Hey Des , love your videos and sorry that your anxiety has been spiking a lot lately , totally understand, unfortunately I get spikes in my anxiety when I drink too many energy drinks, so it might be worth you slowly having less as they really don’t help with the anxiety and can really make your heart race more when anxious. Usually not recommend to have even one a day but just occasionally but multiple a day will really start to effect the anxiety especially as I remember before that you never used to like or really have energy drinks.

Common side effects include increased heart rate and palpitations, insomnia, anxiety, headaches, digestive issues, irritability, and restlessness.
Crazy how many people don’t make the connection between anxiety and high caffeine intake. She’d feel so much better if she detoxed from it! Pregnancy made me quit it but my anxiety has been soooo much lower and even the stress of a first time pregnancy feels easier to manage. Plus better sleep and energy in the AM
So glad people are reading The Naturals series, I much prefer it to the inheritance games and has a lot of nostalgia for me as I was reading it as they came out, can’t believe the first one was already 10 years ago in 2013
